Processing Time

We prepare your box within 24–48 hours after you pay. We ship fast to make sure your candy is as fresh as possible.

100% Safe & Fresh

To keep things clean and safe, we cannot take any candy back once it is sent. This makes sure every box you get is fresh and has never been handled by anyone else after leaving our care.

Damaged orders

If your order arrives damaged

If your order arrives damaged, you MUST follow these steps for us to help you:

Before Opening

Before you open the package, take clear photos or a video of the shipping bag or box. Show the damage to the outside clearly.

Check Content

After opening, take photos of any damaged treats inside. We need both outside and inside proof for insurance claims.

Important Notice

Claims without photos taken BEFORE opening the package cannot be accepted. You must tell us within 48 hours of delivery.

Lost or Missing

If your order is lost or very late, tell us. We will open a search with UPS. Refunds for lost orders happen after the shipping company confirms it is gone.

Incorrect Items

If we sent the wrong item, notify us within 48 hours with a photo. We will fix the problem for you immediately.

Temperature Risks

Candy can soften in warm weather. This is a risk when shipping candy and we cannot offer refunds for melted sweets. But know that we and our shipping partner have done everything to eliminate any of these issues.

Customs & Taxes

While shipping is free, any local customs duties or taxes in your country are your responsibility to pay.

If there is a problem with your box, please follow these simple steps within 48 hours of getting your order:

Take clear photos of the box (both unopened and opened).

Find your KL-Order ID in your email.

Our team will check the issue and reply within 24 hours.

Approved Refunds

If a refund is approved, it goes back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it usually takes 3–7 business days to appear.
